Please contact us if you have any information you’d like us to put up on the website and share with our followers.
We are interested in information on locally landed fish, river, coastal or maritime festivals or events, charter boats, heritage boats, marine and coastal wildlife, where to buy and eat local fish – fish recipes and anything you think we should be interested in linked to boats and fishing in northern Devon.
Producer, Boat Stories
Jo made her first films on Braunton Burrows and Lundy Island for an ITV series Secrets of the Coast working as a researcher. She’s gone on to develop, direct or produce TV documentaries and series from around the world and has written over 80 broadcast documentaries, many award winning.
Over the last few years (grabbing any excuse to get out on the North Devon coast) Jo has written several articles for Devon Life and the North Devon Journal about people who work with boats and opportunities for ordinary people like herself to get out on the water. The people she’s been privileged to meet and their fascinating tales are the inspiration behind Boat Stories.
Jo is the researcher, writer and producer of Boat Stories contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any stories or ideas you would like us to follow up.
